Hotel Policies
Are pets welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Dogs are welcome at the hotel. A pet fee of $50/per stay applies to reservations. We offer dog beds, bowls and treats.
What time is check-in at the hotel? Is early check-in possible?
Check-in at the hotel is at 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible based on availability.
What time is checkout at the hotel? Is late checkout possible?
Checkout at the hotel is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is possible based on availability for a fee of $50.00.
Is there an age minimum for check-in?
The minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 18.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to your reservation date . A fee of one night’s room and tax applies for cancellations made less than 2 day (48 hours) prior to your reservation date.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in the building, but there are designated smoking areas outside. The smoking fee is $500 for hotel guestrooms and $1,000 for penthouses.

Does the hotel offer parking?

Is public transportation accessible from the hotel?
Yes, The Rally Hotel is located two blocks from Denver Union Station, which has a direct light-rail line to Denver International Airport. Union Station also provides access to local light-rail lines and bus routes. Learn more about Getting Here.

Are children welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for children?
Children are always welcome at the hotel. We offer family-friendly amenities, a plunge pool and S'mores Kits at check-in.
Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel?
We gladly accept mail and packages on your behalf. Please speak to the concierge for more information.
How far is the hotel from Coors Field?
The Rally is located 0.1 miles from Coors Field. It is a 3 minute walk from the hotel to Coors Field.
What are the pool hours?
The SkyBridge Rooftop Deck & Plunge Pool is open 8AM-10PM daily. For more information, view our Pool Rules.
